Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, currently basking in the success of his latest action-packed thriller, ‘Tiger 3,’ dropped a subtle hint about the potential sequel, tentatively titled ‘Tiger 4.’

Accompanied by co-stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi at a screening of the film, the trio engaged with fans, offering insights into their experiences on set.

Emraan Hashmi lauded Salman Khan, describing him as a genuine co-star who fosters a comfortable environment for fellow actors. Reflecting on his initial scene, Emraan shared, “What you see is what you get. There is no fictitiousness. He keeps you so at ease to perform. My first scene was with him only, and it was a long monologue. And it was very easy to work with him. I am very fond of him. It doesn’t show actually (laughs).”

Salman Khan playfully interrupted, stating, “In this film, it doesn’t show; it will be revealed in the next one.”

Discussing the on-screen chemistry that captivates audiences, Salman gestured toward the fans and remarked, “So far, I haven’t had to do much on-screen because of these people. I portray myself as I am, and they seem to like it. Keep the comic timing you have, enhance the action a bit, and reduce the romance so that families can watch. And since Katrina is in this movie, a bit of romance is a must.”

He continued, “If Emraan’s role wasn’t intense, I guarantee you it would have happened,” hugging Emraan and humorously mimicking a kissing scene, much to the amusement of everyone present.

Salman quipped, “I’ve never developed a habit of it” (referring to Emraan’s lip-lock scenes in previous movies), adding, “but it seems like he (Emraan) is getting rid of that habit.”

Emraan shared, “I had urged Maneesh to include a scene (lip lock) and a song track, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen.” Katrina chimed in, “Not in this film, maybe in the next one.”

Expressing their sentimental attachment to the ‘Tiger’ franchise, Katrina stated, “The Tiger franchise is extremely special for all of us. It’s the closest film to Salman and my heart. It has been a part of our lives for almost 11 years, from ‘Ek Tha Tiger,’ ’Tiger Zinda Hai,’ and now ‘Tiger 3.’ So it has become part of our lives on and off screen both. And I just hope we get to keep making many more of them.”

Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, ‘Tiger 3’ serves as a sequel to ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ (2017) and marks the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe.
